· Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box) or to the nearby available store of OUR choice.

· Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
Yes. The delivery country can be a different country from which the purchase was made. However freight charges vary from country to country.

· How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Store deliveries take 2-3 working days, Cash-on-Delivery & Standard deliveries takes 2 to 4 working days.

· How much do I pay for delivery service?
Store delivery – FREE.
Standard delivery – FREE.
Wholesale Deliveries – Depending on the Package Weight.
Delivery on Sale Items – Vary, depending upon the Item.
International Deliveries – Vary from Country to Country.

· Can I track my order?
Yes, the Tracking could be done by either:

Clicking on the Tracking Number sent on your email
OR
Manually Logging on to www.leopardscod.com and entering the Tracking number on the Top of the Webpage.

· What is the home delivery process?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier’s web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.

· What is the store delivery process?
If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a text message when your order has arrived (you will have 5 days to collect it). It is necessary to show the order number and the Identification Document of the person who collects the parcel.
